Searching for a job, recent college graduate, Niesha Williams, came to the NCWorks Career Center in Greensboro. There she spotted a flyer for a NextGen Youth Career Fair. At that event, she met her advisor/mentor, Marie Hopper, who filled her in on all of the opportunities available through the NextGen program. Niesha ended up participating in several classes and activities and making new connections. In this segment, she explains how the NCWorks NextGen program, in Guilford County, was beneficial in not just gaining access to resources but confidence.
