Job Search Techniques – May Workshop

Get familiar with modern job searching techniques, such as using online job boards, creating email alerts for local job postings, and using keywords in your online job applications.
As part of an ongoing effort to give job seekers the skills to get and retain a job, NCWorks in Guilford County hosts a series of workshops during May. These workshops focus on Career Readiness and Building Bridges.
Live instructor-led virtual classes to help job seekers understand what to expect in their workplace, including introductions, dress code, and online etiquette. Attendees must receive an activity sheet before the class meets—contact moderator Lee Howell for workshop materials.
